BOOKS
Books are a wonderful way of sharing thoughts, love and friendship with children. My best memories of quality time spent in the early days with my own children hinge around the unforgettable characters and images of Beatrix Potter, Shirley Hughes, Kim Lewis, Jane Hissey and Jill Murphy. The fact that these authors illustrated, as well as wrote their stories, drew me like a magnet and as we read... and chatted... I dreamed...
